Common Computer Display Problems
When using your computer to display content, it is important to enure that your participants can see what you are doing.
Common computer content display problems and their solutions:

PROBLEM: Remote Participants Can't Read Slide Text
- The text size on the PowerPoint slide or paper on the document camera is too small for the remote participants to read.

SOLUTION:
- Increase font size to minimum 28 point font in PowerPoint.
- Use less text per slide/sheet of paper. Break into several slides.
- Increas font size on paper document and/or use the zoom feature on the document camera.
- Don't use a thin font.

PROBLEM: Remote Participants Can't Read The Screen
- The remote participants can't following along your software demo because the fonts, and mouse pointer, and windows are all too small.

SOLUTION:
- Decrease the screen resolution of your computer to 640x480 (or 800x600 as a maximum size) during the demonstration.
- To further aid in the ability for participants to follow along, remote particpants can use a dataprojector to increase the screen size at their end.
- Use a real time collaboration product such as VNC to improve image quality. (This requires a networked computer at each remote site).
